About Me.
Warm. Inviting. Down-to-earth.
I believe that meaningful healing can happen even when it includes humor and humanity. No stuffy, impersonal experiences here. I most often work with individuals and families navigating depression, anxiety, low motivation, relationship conflict, and searching for deeper meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
I also love holding space for mothers navigating the emotional and physical identity shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum. Together, we address the impact of hormonal changes, feelings of overwhelm, and frustrations that come from being dismissed or invalidated by medical providers or family members.
Therapy can be a supportive space to honor the profound transition into motherhood, release the pressure to “bounce back,” and instead gently create a new normal that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with who you are now.
For each session and each client, I integrate my approaches: including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate.
I’ll meet you where you are and help make sense of what’s weighing you down. I’ll support you in creating practical, sustainable changes in a space that feels safe, supportive, and sometimes even a little lighthearted and a little funny.
Let’s get started.
